Terms of Service

Upon reading this, you hereby agree to all the terms and conditions as followed below regarding my work.


Rules may change as time progresses, but in general, this is it.


Blacklisting and Blocking will be implemented to those that do not adhere to the rules, or those who harass myself or my clients.


I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Commission Information and Inquiries

1). Please send all commission inquiries to either my notes here on Weasyl or on my Telegram, which is @SadiraXMortus. These are the easiest ways to get a hold of me.
2). Keep in mind content that I will not draw (cub/babyfur/diapers/underage content, loli/shota, watersports/scat/vomit, fancharacters, or OVERLY complex characters with a million parts) when sending me a note. If your content falls into any of the listed categories, I will say no.
3). I can work with or without a reference, though I prefer to be able to see what I am drawing. Know that due to style, it can look different than how you pictured it in your head. The better description I have, the better I can work with the piece.

About Payment

1). Payments are to be made AFTER the initial sketch is produced. That way we know in general what the piece will look like.
2). I accept PayPal, USD.
3). I will send an invoice if you like, it is fine either way with me. I work too fast for it to be an issue usually. c:
4). Tips are appreciated, but not mandatory.
5). I finish the picture AFTER payment is made. And it normally done within a day, any sort of bumps in the road that prevent this from happening, I will contact you in regards to them.

Bonus: There's not really any form of discounts for buying an adoptable and then using it in art, or using my character in your commission.

Process

1). I will sketch the commission out for you to the best of my ability, please let me know all details that need to be included before I go to finish the piece!
2). Payment is required after the sketch is finished. If you cannot pay, we'll wait until some other time to finish the piece. I save all files.
3). I finish the piece, this normally takes me a day or two, depending on how big the piece is. With group pics, it's usually a week, once all the ducks are in a row.
4). Profit! :D

Bonus: Any physical piece of artwork is usually set (as in dried in the cased of paintings or other pieces), wrapped, and shipped ASAP!

Refunds

Because of how fast I work, you need to let me know WAY ahead of time if you want to cancel the piece and get your money back. I WILL NOT refund you for artwork that has already been completed.

Rights for Artwork

1). You may repost artwork, just link it back to my page in some way!
2). You may NOT resell any of my artwork for profit, including adoptables purchased from me.
3). Art is for personal use only, characters and content within still remains property of the commissioner(s).
