Hey all! It's been a short while. There is not much to report on since the last journal I've made before this one. Well, I do have at least a few things to talk about.

Though first, my gallery. I realize it's been rather barren of new artwork lately. I do have new artwork, but haven't been posting them here lately. I will fix this shortly. I'll do probably three images per day, though most of them are going to be sketches. I'll try mixing them up as much as possible.

Secondly, I'm considering using this place as a hub for fanart that I receive as well as artwork I produce. This is especially given the sporadic nature of my art postings and how often I've been getting art commissions lately. Actually, I could either put them here or I can gather them all into one central hub, depending on what y'all think. Which brings me to...

Third point. I have a blog on Tumblr but I am heavily considering moving to a self-hosted CMS. Over time the platform has become more broken and unusable and I don't feel that I'd be comfortable with sticking to it for blogging. I've tried most alternatives before and they didn't quite stick with me. In addition, I already have a site which I could host my own blog on. I might do a sort of WordPress blog where I post about life, my own hobbies and such. I may even accompany my entries with a doodle or two.

Now for the life stuff... I'll be starting classes tomorrow and getting accustomed to my schedule, so my activity on this site will be reduced for the time being. I will still respond to important business-related matters should I need to, but I won't be commenting/+faving as much throughout the week.

Also, I just had my 2nd year at Megaplex last weekend. I have to say it was more fulfilling than last year's attendance, where I was mostly by myself. I didn't attend as much panels, but I bought a lot of stuff this time around. I also went for not one, but two days there! Well, the 2nd day was more of an afternoon but yeah! I really enjoyed my time there; I even met some friends over there and, more importantly, I got to tag along with some for most of the convention! :D I especially have a sketchbook trade I did which I will post here tonight. I've been working on a photo album of my progress on it but I don't think I'm ready to show it off yet.
