Oh wow. I've really neglected Weasyl for so long, and I am so sorry. As many of you know, I was a pre-med student and all the knowledge I've gained over the past years also came with a high price - art time! I've been to some conventions in the local areas of my two homes, but haven't really been too active on the 'net, as of late. Well, I'm here to tell you that my hiatus is officially over, as of today. I'm going to be more active, and draw more. I've developed somewhat of a ptsd/anxiety disorder after graduation from college this year, and keeping my mind busy seems to be the cure-all for a lot of my symptoms! Problem is, I'm used to doing a gazillion and one things on a daily basis so it takes a lot to keep me entertained! But, I've bought a learning Japanese book and a lot of art books I'm going to start focusing on. I don't have a job yet (awaiting on my transcripts so I can apply for a lab tech job! Hell, my degree IS in Molecular Biology and Microbiology ) so I have a lot of free time to focus on getting back to my artist roots. I've been focusing a shit ton on science, so it's nice to use the other part of my brain for a change~

Also I'm also dipping more and more into using my tablet for digital arts more! I think I'm *finally* starting to get into the swing of things, after spending hours on an Amaterasu piece I sold at Megacon! [Which is the longest I've ever taken on an artwork, usually I'm fairly fast at sketching, but I did this entirely digital] And refining my skills and also my style. That being said, constructive criticism is well appreciated, and encouraged!

I'm slowly working through my pile of owed art with renewed enthusiasm, so expect to see more activity, here!
