Wallpaper Engine by Colamon
So, fiddled around with Wallpaper Engine the other day, and managed to make my first slightly animated wallpaper on it. :3 I've published it on steam workshops for now, you can find it over here:

That's the thumbnail, I guess. You probably need to add it on Wallpaper Engine to make the animation work?

How is this animated? I just see a static image.
