Terms of Service

I. I reserve the right to alter, add to, or remove from these rules at will. When changes are made, I will post a notification journal to alert my viewers of those changes.

II. I reserve the right to post and/or repost any and all images I produce. Similarly, all clients who purchase artwork from me are entitled to post any artwork purchased from me where ever they choose provided that I am credited with my work and not, in any way, shape or form, defamed or defaced.

III. All sales are final upon completion of the ordered image.

IV. If there is a mistake made on the image that is provably my fault entirely, I will make corrections as necessary. However, if the image was done correctly to specifications, but the client requests major reworking of an image, said changes may come out of the client’s pocket. In plain English, if I mess up, it’s on me and is my responsibility to fix it. If I do it right, but you want something changed, I may charge you extra.

a. EXAMPLE 1: The client notes that they would like their character to have one horn instead of two, but I overlook that by mistake and add two horns. The image is completed, but the client points out my mistake. It is then my responsibility to fix that.

b. EXAMPLE 2: The client notes that they would like their character to have two tails. I complete the image on this specification, but the client changes their mind last minute and decides they want four tails on their character. I then have the right to charge extra if I so choose.

V. All payments must be made up front. Upon reception of funds, I will begin the work that is being paid for.

VI. Be mindful of the queue displayed on my profile. If all of the slots are filled, please wait patiently for them to reopen.

F.A.Q.

Q: Would you be willing to draw my MLP/Sonic/Digimon/Pokemon/etc. fan character?

A: Yes. I, myself, am an avid fan-boy when it comes to some shows and video game series. Thus, I am not opposed to drawing fan characters.

Q: My character is really small and simplistically designed. Do I still have to pay full price?

A: Not necessarily. It really depends on the character itself, I suppose. We will discuss it during the processing of the order itself.

Q: Do you offer comic drawing services?

A: Why, yes, I do! It gets pretty expensive, though. They open at $40/page at the sketching level. This price will go up or down depending on things like complexity, frame count, page count, inking, colors, etc. It’s a big discussion to be had between myself and you, the client.

Q: Will you draw my taur character?

A: While taurs are on my list of “Things That Are Hard For Me To Draw”, I will not turn them away. It is a welcomed challenge and, thus far, one I have met with success every time. The situation is the same when it comes to big, feathery wings, though with a slightly lesser success rate than that of taur drawing.

Q: My character has gigantic Hulk-like muscles! Would you draw him/her/hir?

A: I likely will, but it’s not something I generally fancy or am skilled at.

Q: I would like some guy on guy/girl on girl/herm porn. Would you draw that?

A: Put simply, yes. I have nothing against homosexuals or hermaphroditic characters.
