I honestly don't really have any plans for this Veemon so I'm willing to part with him for $20 USD. Outside of this pic the only other uploaded pic of this character is part of a art dump.

Here is some more detailed info on him, as well as reiterating some stuff already mentioned.

This Veemon is male, although something happened that caused it to be rather femmy, in actions and physically (what it is is up to you, but it was not really his choice. Not to say that he complains about his new body). Despite usually wearing skirts, he purposely became overweight so that his man-bits would not be obvious. If he wants to not draw too much attention, his voice can be female, but otherwise has a clearly male voice.

He's a bit of a grump and, to his admittance, a bit weak in willpower. And when aroused he sometimes slips into his feminine voice, and has also taken up a habit of overeating even when he doesn't need to. He's also a bit easy to push around.
