Is gone now, after Tumblr's purge, well now what?

I still see NSFW artist there (better ones than I of course) but I am still wondering... how does this works? they are going to purge every singe NSFW artist one by one? or just the ones who were reported before? (I'm not sure if I was reported). So now I will stay over the following sites.
