Hiyas peeps!

Phew, Tuesday again.  Time to get a journal up with some new infos and such!  Bit of life, bit of work, bit of...everything maybe?  I dunno, let's get to it.

So!  Halloween is tomorrow.  Expecting trick-or-treaters to be in abundance compared to my previous house due to being in an actual neighborhood rather than on a main road with a speed limit of 40MPH.  I do have to work that and the following 3 nights, so not sure how many costumed peoples I will see.  On top of that, my father finally landed a job at UPS.  Short, but late, shifts that will hopefully lift some of the financial burden we've been struggling with.  Still in need of a roommate/housemate, but not really sure what can be offered.  The spare bedroom we have is kinda small and rent would be between $540 and $600 a month.  Dunno, just something that's been on my mind.

Following Halloween is November 1st, my hatchday/b-day!  Again, will be working that night so it will likely be a boring and uneventful.  But I will likely try to celebrate it on the 11th.  Why?  Well, it's a running gag between me and a couple close non-furry friends.  I sold an old steam account to one of them many years ago and it's password I gave him was a weird amalgamation of ways to type out a birthdate.  However, if read a certain way, it looks like it denotes November 11th.  Ever since, those friends refuse to acknowledge my bday on the 1st, but rather on the 11th and it catches me off guard every year.
Not this time!
This time I'm ready.  And I have that night off work.  So win-win =D

Regarding the stories I post.  In the past, I tended to post the stories in .rtf or .doc format.  On FA, I would post the whole story in the description to elliminate a need to download anything.  Going forward, I'm gonna start converting them to .pdf and including things like links to pages including myself, editors, commissioner and any other OC owner that is involved.  Hopefully it will be a cleaner experience for everyone.  Some experimentation will be needed, so bare with me.  I will be posting a commissioned story today in this format, so please let me know how it looks.

Not sure if I will be doing any streaming of my own today.  I want to, but there's some setup that needs to be done and I don't think I can be up too late like normal.  Since my father is working now and hasn't adjusted to the hours yet, I'm back to being my fiance's work transportation for the time being.  Pickup isn't a big deal, but drop off is a challenge (cause my overnight hours means I'm asleep when he needs to get to work).
But!  I will try.  I just picked up StarLink for the Switch and am eager to give it a try.  Wouldn't mind streaming it as well for fun.  That and I need to get onto my next story commission as well today.
And do laundry.
And feed the pet snek.
And shower/shave.
And some computer related stuff.
And some room cleaning.
...
I wish my days off had more hours in it.  Or I didn't require sleep.  Never feels like there's enough time for everything anymore.

Anyway, that's all I got for now.  Off to work I go!  Keep an eye out for some submissions (story and art), and I'll catch ya next time.
