I hold the right to refuse service.

I have the right to refund you for your commission at any time.

I will give you an estimated deadline for commissions. If I don't, a typical rough estimate is 1-2 weeks.

You have the right to request a deadline for commissions, but it must be approved by me.

You may email/note me regarding commissions at any given time. I will respond ASAP.

I will draw adult content, if requested. However, tasteful means are preferred. What I will not draw is sick/extreme fetishes.

Rudeness and Impoliteness towards myself will not be tolerated. If you are rude or impolite any time during a commission, I will give you a partial refund and the commission; no matter what state it is in, and end my service with you.

I am willing to negotiate prices by request.

Payment plans are optional, only if they're approved by myself first.

I hold the right to request payment up front or after a commission.

Payment is only accepted in USD and through PayPal or Deviant Art Points.

If you are known to harass artists or others on this website; or Deviant Art, I will automatically refuse your commission.

You may post your commission on any website, only as long as you give credit to me and post a link back to me.

I will always show commissioners a W.I.P. state of their commission.

I have the right to charge extra for any part of a commission.

If you are ever unsatisfied by your commission, you have the right to request a refund by explanation within 10 days of receiving your commission.

You must acknowledge and agree to these terms before commissioning me.
