A few days ago I started working with a couple of guys on a submission for the Ludum Dare competition, where people have to make a game according to a voted theme within a very short period of time (either two or three days, depending on how you enter.) The theme was "minimalism", so we went for simple controls, limited dialogue and clean, largely monotone art inspired by film noir.

The game we came out with was extremely buggy and unfinished - a lot of things had to be cut -, but what do you expect for three days of work! In any case, we liked what we came up with so much and have such a great start on it, we decided to keep it going and will be making a game series. With luck, we should have some content out within the month. Keep your ears to the wall, I'll be posting updates as much as I can as we forge ahead :)
