Does anyone else have panic attacks at random and have the feeling your about to die, nothing is real it feels like a dream, and thoughts just start rushing to your brain then all of a sudden it just stops, then Is like "Whoa....That was weird!"

That has been happening lately I don't know if other people do it or not.
