wishing all of you a happy 4th of July
and now something to share to celebrate independence day made over 60 years ago it's a looney tunes cartoon I saw a few times growing up and I thought it was really good and just really hits home at what America and celebration of the 4th of July is about it's a cartoon about why it's important the pledge of allegiance to the flag
and in case some of guys who the pledge of allegiance wonder where are the words under God in the pledge let me inform you this cartoon was made during a time in the 1940's to be exact long before the words under God were added into the pledge of allegiance to the flag they wouldn't be added into the pledge until 1954
