1) receiving art description with drawn or written refferences

--» by ordering an art piece commissioner automatically agree to my tos
--» discuss about details if necessary

--» to save time it's better to fill - this blanks

2) making rough sketch of art piece

--» usually sketching take 1-3 days, I will inform if it take longer

3) sending rough sketch to commissioner for approval

--» commissioner can once request major changes ex. pose or character,
--» changes may delay finishing art piece

--» commissioner can request few minor changes if art occur mistakes,

but every requested change need to be listed in one message

--» if commissioner ask for changes I will send sketch for approval again

4) sending invoice

--» commissioner have 3 days to make payment

--» if payment isn't done within 3 days, commission is canceled

--» if resumed, will move on the end of queue

--» inform me before time pass if extra days is needed

5) start drawing after receiving full payment

--» commissioner can ask for wips of lineart and flat color

--» commissioner can request few minor changes if art occur mistakes,

but every requested change need to be listed in one message.....
--» if requested changes apply to character apperance, that wasn't shown
on refference (ex. addional markings) nor was mentioned in art

description, an addional fee will be charged

6) sending finished work to commissioner

--» commissioner get two versions:

» standard – to post on public,

» high resolution for personal use

--» if finished art piece contains mistakes, that was my fault

I will make fixes, but any more changes can't be added

7) posting art on my page

--» done!
