Damn Website! by oneandonly

My site is doing this same run of the mill bull-shit again.

Apparently some of the fiber's have been cut, so they are working with reduced capacity. This is bollocks.

(Conversation with my resaler:)

[4/13/2013 3:54:51 PM | Edited 3:57:09 PM] Alex N.: I think there's something wrong with my Cpanel server. I can't access FTP, and I'm getting a 50% packet loss with ping to it. (Other servers like google I'm getting 0%)

[4/13/2013 4:40:34 PM] Alex N.: Nevermind. Fixed now.

[4/13/2013 6:08:29 PM] Justin Hendryx (π Dude/Justinwiz): Was having a few connectivity issues earlier

[4/13/2013 6:08:31 PM] Justin Hendryx (π Dude/Justinwiz): Resolved now

[4/13/2013 6:08:47 PM] Alex N.: Still having them

[4/13/2013 6:08:57 PM] Justin Hendryx (π Dude/Justinwiz): Yeah, small pockets

[4/13/2013 6:09:05 PM] Justin Hendryx (π Dude/Justinwiz): Still working with the DC team to resolve those

[4/13/2013 6:09:32 PM] Alex N.: You get hosting from wholesaleinternet

[4/13/2013 6:09:34 PM] Alex N.: ?

[4/13/2013 6:09:37 PM] Justin Hendryx (π Dude/Justinwiz): Nope

[4/13/2013 6:09:39 PM] Alex N.: lol

[4/13/2013 6:09:49 PM | Edited 6:09:46 PM] Justin Hendryx (π Dude/Justinwiz): Our IP block is assigned to them though

[4/13/2013 6:09:51 PM] Justin Hendryx (π Dude/Justinwiz): We use their AS

[4/13/2013 6:09:58 PM] Alex N.: That's what it is

[4/13/2013 6:10:07 PM] Justin Hendryx (π Dude/Justinwiz): Hm?

[4/13/2013 6:10:31 PM] Alex N.: I was just saying that is why when I do an IP lookup on it it resolves to that.

[4/13/2013 6:11:18 PM] Justin Hendryx (π Dude/Justinwiz): They're in a private colo building north of KC

[4/13/2013 6:11:37 PM] Justin Hendryx (π Dude/Justinwiz): Fiber is ran from their PoP in Oak Tower to the building

[4/13/2013 6:12:04 PM] Alex N.: Either way, I'm still getting an 89% packet loss.

FFF.

Yeah our DC team has been dealing with reduced capacity over the past few days due to a fiber cut

FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF.
