I use thick cushioning foam to make it sturdy and extremely durable. One of my heads can be kicked around like a ball, and still be in one piece.
$20 for a tail, $250 for a head, customer pays shipping, $10 for paws, $450 for head, tail and paws pack, I don't do full body suits though, and I charge $2 per day I work on it
I will be charging for materials as well, and give you the price.
