There is a tasty bug in Picarto,
I was revived information from https://www.furaffinity.net/user/gonechoo and FA user about this major bug

So Basically: Multi admins and moderators can shadowban people without it alerting participants.
So to say if I were in a multi and I banned you, you're appear on everyone's ban list in multi.
No admin will be alerted or told who did it.
So you could spread bans to a variety of other streams.
Just by Multi with admins and moderating in one.

So be warn when multi with someone and always check your ban lists to make sure if someone got ban for automatic.
and don't forgot to spread the word about it as well.
