Why the fuck do people fetishize pokemon and draw them with breasts?

Allow me to comprise a list of pokemon with anything even resembling breasts:

Hell, Nidoqueen is barely passable as an example, since its tough skin is simply formed that way, kind of like the muscular pecs on machoke/-champ. And with Jynx, that shit's kind of like a tacky dress.
The biggest victim on this fetishization is Kirlia and/or Gardevoir. A runner up being Gothita and its evolutionary line, then Mismagius. Especially, when you think about it, it's funny. All of my examples have a 50% chance of being Male.
It's just something that will never stop annoying me.

I will never understand why people fetishize the Pokemon more than the trainers.
Not that you should fetishize those, either, because most of them are like 13.
But at least they're human, and not little mostly feral creatures.
