Updates: System Upgrade and Thoughts on Streamlining by BeakyBeast

I apologize for the silence, and artistic inactivity lately, I recently managed to get some parts together to upgrade my work/gaming rig, and things have gotten a bit more complicated than I had initially predicted. Currently I am awaiting a money transfer for the sake of getting windows 10 for the sake of fixing a compatibility problem between my current OS (win.7) and my new hardware. It's been a good run, but now it's time I finally upgrade to the OS to end all microsoft OS apparently.

In the meantime, I've taken the opportunity to look around and get some new ideas in for how to streamline the commissioning process. One of which is using google forms in order to essentially make an commission order sheet. This route likely will make things easier for clients who are not keen on emailing me for work ( for whatever reason, that honestly will make or break a commission, I know not why). But! at the same time, I am reluctant to completely tear apart my methods of taking orders for a new route that may or may not actually change anything.

So! With that said, when it comes to commissioning, which would you prefer when ordering:

A Google Form with everything laid out where you only have to click things and read, at the expense of discussing the commission with the artist?

Or

Email, where you discuss what you want with the artists at the expense of a more streamlined experience?

I genuinely want to know what you think about this, so I know whether there is some merit to wanting to change the way I take commissions, or if I'm just looking at unnecessary routes and trying to fix something that isn't broken.
