I got a job! It's part time/seasonal at a local retail place, and I finally get a stable paycheck. It pays a bit less than what I offer myself for commission work, but after a while of constantly having to wait half a year to get a handful of clients that are willing to pay $15 an hour for work, I prefer a regular 30 hour work week instead of sitting around and trying to sell my work full time when its clear that there's no market for it. It's frustrating and frankly I'm tired of trying to work freelance as a full-time effort.

Instead, I will have commissions set aside as a something I might offer once in a while. I'll post a journal entry with maybe five slots at the most open for work when I feel like doing commissions. I will still upload art, but not as frequently as I do now.
