Decided i needed to post one here too for reference. I don't/haven't sold anything on this site at all, but only on FA and FB, so I didnt think it was important. But i'll put it here anyway.

••• Serious buyers ONLY, If you fakeout buying after making it convincing you're buying, saying you want an adopt from me and don't respond/ignore after for a whole day+, especially if you was being so active/giving me an email to send invoice to send the adopt to. Also, stalling on purpose etc will gain you a block, since i look at that as trolling or a type of prank which has happened to me several times, also from some who ignored me, i've seen these ppl update their FA gallery after I send them notes, or has "Seen my message" on FB = they seen my message but ignored responding.••

Also, since i cant block admins on FB due to rules, I won't do any business with you ever again, even you can't abuse my rules/kindness without consequence, I will just add your name to a list of not selling designs to. For general ppl, Idc about how popular you are, your status etc, these rules apply to all ppl, regular and any type of admin. Not gonna accept anyone screwing with my hopes, especially someone in power, don't say/make it like you're gonna buy something when you're not. (There's some exceptions to this if you're a regular buyer off me and literally can't buy it, or due to issues, better to let me know than ignore me. I will understand! =D )

•OTHER TOS/RULES•
1: First come first serve. Paypal ONLY, will not do trades or give designs free. Pay first before work usually but I use invoice now. Please let me know if you gained the design in the attachment also, I put them in the invoice as it allows me to put PNG files with it, so I can deliver your design while you pay. :D

2: You can do what you want with my designs pretty much, aslong as you credit me, even if you wanna recolor the pic, change gender, add your own NSFW parts etc. Upon receiving artwork, you must leave my signature on it as the original owner of the designs. There is only one added to the design after removing the additional watermaked ones. DO NOT REMOVE IT. It's obvious not to make multiple copies of my adopts to sell either. If you buy one, you can only recolor it, use that or resell that one only, not it's previous colors either.

3: I do not do holds over 24 hours long (Sometimes I hold longer if ppl get paid within 7 days, these are rare moments if it's a new person, Longer holds is ONLY given someone who's been my customer before/showed they are dedicated in buying my adops). Multiple offenses, constantly making me take adopts off hold for you, will gain you a block you or I will never hold a design for you again (most likely.)

4: Do NO Steal, copy, trace redistribute, only can repost if you're the owner/buyer, those ppl can repost my adopts anywhere, jsut please credit me. If you're helping me sell my design/s advertising me, you may post them, on FB/tumblr, original post sharing allowed, if you're helping promote it.

5: The design belongs to you, art still copyrighted to me. Since I drew it and all.

6: No selling design higher than what you paid for. You can resell it for how much you paid for it or lower. UNLESS you order more art for the design, you can sell it higher, not here to help you make money off my designs by themselves. Please pass my adopts rules to the new owner also. . GIFTING/TRADING is completely fine! (Just hope your buddy doesn't resell it. xD)

7: IF you want me to do design changes, I do color changes only, this includes editing markings to you desire too. Also to answer ppls suggestions etc, I don't add sexual parts on animals, anthros as it's gross to me. Sorries. (I only do this for humans and anything with a human body).

8: Once you buy my design/gain the unwatermarked version, no refunds will be given. You've committed to buying the design, this is why I allow resells on my adopts. Asking for a refund right after you obtain a design is kinda rude, especially if you ask for one later, you always got possession of the art unwatermarked so it's like you're trying to snag it free.

10: Please don't remake a species out of my original creatures/adopts, unless you are adding it to your adopt's story, but not for reselling, just because I don't make closed species, doesn't mean I want others to make/copy it, official fandom adopts aren't included, those adopts are open as the fandom is.

11: ART/ADOPT SHAMING IS AN AUTO-BLOCK. (Aka trying to manipulate me in giving you a design free etc, like some idiot I can't mention.)
