ALWAYS confirm WHOLE TOS before commissioning!!!

COMMISSION INFORMATION + RULES

★ Commissioners must be +18.
★ Artist reserves the right to refuse service for any reason.
★ Artist reserves the right to post the artwork in any gallery or portfolio that they own.
★ Artist retains ownership of the copyrights of any art that they produce.
★ Commissioners are allowed to repost their commissions to any gallery they own, as long as there’s a link back to the original post or the artist’s gallery.
★ Artwork may not be resold for profit. Exceptions granted ONLY with written consent from artist.
★ Payments are only accepted through PayPal invoices, USD. No other payment methods accepted.
★ Commissions must be paid in full before work begins. No exceptions.
★ Invoices must be paid within 48 hours of issuance. Failure to pay in that time frame will result in your commission being cancelled.
★ Artist recognizes that PayPal does not allow you remove your address from invoices. All personal information will be protected for your privacy.
★ Do not leave any messages in PayPal. Messages to the artist must be sent through other channels

★ Additional Work In Progress (WIP) updates must be requested. An Approval Sketch will be shown at the end of the sketch phase. Once commissioner approval is given, the commission will progress to the inking stage. No further edits allowed after the Approval Sketch is approved.

★ Artist does not work with strict deadlines. Commissions with a strict deadline will be declined due to schedule conflicts outside of artwork and taking care of family. Loose or no deadline commissions preferred.
★ Commission progress ranges from a week to a month. If no progress or updates posted by artist within a month, commissioner may request a cancelation.
★ Artwork/Commissions may not be altered in any way. Coloring/re-colors, removing signatures, tracing; are not allowed. Artwork/Commissions may be used for avatars in an unedited state.
-Do not ask/commission another artist to edit commissions.
-If unsure or need additional edits, contact artist first.
★ Commissions with free reign preferred, as it encourages quicker commission completion
★ NOTE FOR TRADITIONAL ART: Artist is not responsible for lost or damaged artwork due to shipping. Please confirm correct shipping address before commission is shipped. Artist return address included in case of emergency.

★ Please inform artist if you sell a character used in a commission. Artist will update the current owner with information about the image for copyright issues and drama avoidance.
★ The new owner of said character/artwork is now responsible for supplying link to original post or the artist’s gallery[center]

Refunds/Cancelation

★ No full refunds once work has started. *
*Exception: Artist reserves the right to issue full refund if image cannot be completed in timely manner or to completion; or if artist feels it’s best option for commissioner due to X reason.
★ Cancelations must be done before work begins for full refund. Partial refund available if commission is started; refund value based off the stage of completion.

★ Chibi
★ Couples images
★ Single Characters
★ Tasteful Nudity
★ Waist up
★ Females
★ Babies / kids in normal situations
★ Males (NOTE: Artist is not well skilled in male anatomy)

WHAT I WON'T DRAW:
★ Copyrighted characters, clothing, ect.
★ Erections on male/male presenting characters
★ Penis showing
★ Feces/Scat
★ Dirty diapers
★ Gore
★ Penetration
★ Masturbation
★ Minors in adult situations
★ Pee
