Well, this was unexpected.

It looks like I'm going to have to move out by next month due to my landlord being a scumbag and refusing to fix a potential safely hazard in my apartment. I called the building inspector about a month ago, and just got a text from my landlord asking me why I did that. He then tells me he 'can't' make the repairs within the 30 days he was given, and I need to move. I honestly don't know if he's bluffing about that or if he's just flat out refusing to do anything, but he then adds that he is not doing to spend anymore money on the place, which makes me think he's just being a asshole about it. Either way, I need to get a new place, and I'm already strapped for cash.

I will be taking commissions like before, but due to this new development it might be a little longer then usually for me to finish commissions in a timely manner, but I will still try. Please, if you are willing and able, help me out, or at least let others know about this. Thank you!
