I'm not in the US and probably never will be, but this is a precedent that cannot be set and is a global issue.

You can use any myriad of sites to send a letter, but this one allows for people from outside the US to send them:

I'm not sure how much they'll listen, but a strong enough opposition will be heard by people either way.
