Emotes and Gifs (Pt. 2) by JustNothing4321

It's me again.

I just want to elaborate a little on yesterday's post as far as what I'm looking for.

Please do not recommend Adobe Photoshop or any of the Adobe CC products. I will not get them. I don't like the fact that you have to play monthly to use their products and I don't have money like that. I've only ever used Photoshop once, over 7 (or so) years ago, and I had no idea what I was doing. Also, do not recommend any "free" versions, either. I do not want to put my computer at risk by downloading something loaded with malware and/or viruses. I prefer to buy/download programs from official sources. This is why I asked if it is possible to use different programs and whether GIMP was worth getting.

Also, when it comes to gifs: I'm referring to something like this. Animated movie/television gifs. Not hand drawn stuff. I want to know if there are any reliable programs/websites out there that I can use. So far, I've found Gifs.com and Giphy. For those of you who know what I'm looking for, if you do make gifs, are these good? If not, what do you use?

I hope that clears things up. Until next time, guys!
