Possible Art Raffle? by Volt Siano

Well, commissions don't seem to be taking off; I have a possible commissioner, but that's about it...

. . .

Hey, here's an idea: what if I did a raffle? Like, pay a dollar or so, get entered to win a drawing or pixel art? Would you enter? Do you think others would enter? And, perhaps more importantly, is there something I could add to improve this concept?
Let me know whether you think this is a good idea or not!

I doubt this would work. The site is to crowded with people offering similar services. This is like trying to sell meat to a butcher.

    Trying it isn't a waste of time. If it fails you know at least that it doesn't work. But lowering the expectations about what will happen helps you on your goal a lot. In fact you don't need this kind of stuff. If you just draw and show it to the world people will come at you and ask if you can draw something for them.
