Hello friends,

I haven't been active here in a long time because of my home life and my job. But unfortunately that job is coming to a sudden end.
It was not our fault as employees, I managed a retail branch of a company, we were actually in the top 8 in the company this year, and have numerous awards from the past 3 years since the whole crew changed. It was the landlords, and I would not believe it had I not seen them destroy this area.

One company owns almost every commercial building up here, and we are a small town, they lure companies in with semi reasonable rents and then jack them up when the lease is due to re-sign. The amount of money they wanted to jack it up by would leave us very little room for profit, so the company didn't re-sign.

I have been unemployed before, but this is the first time I've had a mortgage to pay, and a baby to take care of. My families insurance was tied up in this company, and I just bought a house this year, I am very troubled. I of course will try my damnedest to find something else, but around here full time work with benefits is incredibly hard to find.
