Fashion...(copied from Twitter) by r-a-blackpaws

Copying this over from my Twitter @rablackpaws :

Today, I am going to talk about something that might make people upset, might confuse people, or could cause me to lose followers:
When it comes to apparel choices, I prefer women's apparel to men's for a variety of reasons, aside from gender dysphoria.
Truth is: women's clothing simply fits my body better than men's clothing ever has. There is also a lot more expression in women's apparel than men's. Also, most of the apparel, particularly the pants, are MUCH more comfortable.
While I do have gender dysphoria and consider myself MtF, there are some items I still have issues wearing.
Skirts are the biggest one. For some reason, I feel oddly vulnerable while wearing a skirt. Dresses, I am okay with.
As a result of both my gender dysphoria and my preferred clothing choices, I always feel like I want to help people in putting together outfits or just finding pieces that go with what they already have. It's odd, but I have a knack for it. For example: one of my local friends has asked me to help them find clothes for their older sister this month. I enjoy that.
I know that might sound weird to some, but I do enjoy using my experiences with clothing to help others.
Anyways, sorry for the long ramble. I just felt the need to put this out there. Thanks! ^.^

So far, it's gotten a few likes on Twitter. But all it is is me being me. And being honest.
That can scare some people...but I'm okay with that. ^.^

I'd be fine with a skirt if I found one longer than knee length.
And yeah, women's clothing: Anything below the waist is generally softer fabric than men's. Even socks.

Agreed on all fronts. It feels so good not to have coarse material scouring your body's moving parts ^.^
