Bella's owner claimed her (but the story is hilarious if you were here to see it for yourself)

My little bro took her out to play and run on the bike when her owner recognized her. Here's what he said:

Him: I was riding my bike and a guy came up to me and said that was his dog, so I picked her up and ran back to the house. He was chasing me.

My mom: Well you know that dog's not ours so take her back and give it to him.

Him: But I want to-

Mom: No. [Uri] (only because my real name is currently hidden from most on here, I'll use my fursona's name), take Bella back to her owner.

Me: Okay **picks her up and takes her outside where the owner is drenched in sweat, his shoes fell off on the road while he was running, and he is a heavy-set guy**........................**giggles uncontrollably** XDDDDD Does she belong to you?

Guy: **panting** Yes. She ran off yesterday.

Me: Well okay **turns to bro while handing off dog** WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU??? XDDDDD
