I feel that I need to mention several things in this one journal, so you get multiple subjects in one journal…

PayPal Donations

THANK YOU to everyone who was so kind enough to donate! I will not forget your generosity. Though I did not receive enough to pay all my medical bills (it is a LOT!), it was enough to go toward some of the smaller ones, and that is more than enough as far as I’m concerned. I normally do not like the idea of asking for donations, but in this case, my friend put me up to it, and I am glad he did. So, again, I sincerely thank you all!

For those of you who were unable to donate, if you took the time to leave me kind words of support, trust me, you have done more than enough for me! Ultimately, that is all I needed during my worst period of recovery.

To everyone who donated, left me uplifting comments, or did anything to go out of your way to help me, I cannot say “Thank You” enough :)

Update on My Recovery

I am now able to walk (sorta) and the bone in my leg is healing exactly as the doctors expected it to. Though I still have another 9 or so months before I will be fully healed, at least I am regaining my independence and my abilities to do things again. It also means I am able to begin drawing again! And I certainly plan on getting back into that very soon here.

The Future of My Art

Recently I had posted a journal asking for your feedback on my art, and then I posted a summary of what I collected from you. I think there was a misinterpretation of this journal whereas a lot of you thought I was saying I would be drawing less of one thing and more of another. The reality of it is I simply wanted to know what you all thought of my art, and that is all it is. I certainly intend on drawing what I want to draw (with the exception of any possible commissions/trades), but I wished to analyze what you guys prefer to see from my art. Also, I wanted to know in what areas I needed improvement.

Now, I do, in fact, intend on changing many things about my artwork! As a result of my accident and my encounter with death, it has changed my perspective on life as well as many other things I do. In regards to my artwork, I feel that I have spent too much time drawing substance-less porn whose sole purpose is either to induce horniness or revulsion. Thus, I would like to do a lot more artwork and not so much porn. But, I will continue to provide you guys an adult piece from time to time, because, let’s face it… it’s fun and I’m sure there are many of you who are watching me for the porn :P

More backgrounds in my artwork.

Less Looney Tunes – specifically Wile E Coyote. I’ve just posted a lot of him, and it’s time for me to branch out. I will still draw it, but there won’t be as much.

Traditional mediums and other style-experiments.

Perhaps less absurdly-explicit porn, and more suggestive to reasonably adult pieces.

Re-drawings of older art and a plan to finish many projects that have been collecting dust for years.

In addition, I plan on spending more time on the art to ensure its quality before posting. I know this may come as sad news since it means waiting longer for new art from me, but keep in mind that it means hopefully better art from me!

Commissions

I still have a waiting list from December from those of you who requested a commission from me. As of now, those of you on that list, I will still offer you a commission when I am ready to begin it. However, I will no longer continue to add names to this list. Instead, I will offer auctions for commissions from time to time.
