Dealer Registration Opens 3/31 @ 11:59pm by FurFright

Dealer Registration for 2013 will be open:

11:59pm on March 31st - 11:59pm on April 1st

How it will work:

If you visit the Dealer Registration page (http://www.furfright.org/dealer.html) right now, you will see a series of three grey-ed buttons near the top of the page. This is the location of the Dealer Request form. At 11:59pm (Eastern time) on Sunday, March 31st, color will appear on these buttons, indicating they are active. The left side of the button will be blue, the other red. Dealers requesting half-tables will click on the blue half of the button; dealers wanting whole tables will click on the red half of the button.

To reiterate:

Half-table = blue

Whole table = red

This will take you to the second portion of the form where you fill in this information:

-- email - make sure you get this correct so I can contact you (**see bottom of post)

-- business name - either your legal business name or whatever artist name you go by

-- contact name - this needs to be your actual first and last name (no fandom names)

-- table size requested - half or whole table (drop-down menu)

Please keep in mind that this process will ONLY be to REQUEST a table. It is NOT a guarantee or purchase of a table.

You will only be able to register for a half- or whole table. No multiple-table spots will be available. (However, if you want to be seated next to someone specific, please let me know when you register.)

Dealers will be selected via a lottery system (yes, I will literally be drawing your name out of a large bowl). After the drawing is completed, I will be contacting EVERYONE who submits a table request form during the day on April 2nd as to whether they have a table or not. Those whose names were not drawn will be put on a Waiting List should any cancellations occur (if any do occur, this tends to happen closer to the con). NOTE: Names will be put on the Waiting List IN THE ORDER THEY WERE RECEIVED (so, yes, it still behooves you to submit your request form promptly).

***To finish the dealer registration process and secure your table, you will need to complete the full dealer registration form (which will be in the confirmation email you receive) and send payment in full by April 5th. If payment is not received by the deadline, your spot in line will be forfeited and offered to the next dealer on the Waiting List*** If you need to make a reasonable request for extra time to get your payment in, please reply to your confirmation email IMMEDIATELY to let me know your situation.

Whole tables are 3' deep x 8' wide. Half-tables are 3' deep x 4' wide.

Artist Alley tables are only offered at the con.
