My Rights as an Artist — By law, the artwork I create automatically grants me ownership of a copyright of that work. As the owner of the copyright, placed on the artwork I create, I am able to control: reproductions of the work, derivative works made from the work, display and exhibition of the work, public performance of the work, and distribution of the work. You cannot sell, redistribute, or otherwise infringe on my copyrights. I also have the right to use your finished commission as a display for my portfolios. Using my art for commercial purposes requires a different set of standards, so please bring that to my attention while making any inquiries.

Your Rights as a Client — Once the artwork is completed, I no longer have the right to control how you use it in your personal time. You may repost it on forums, websites, etc. You're also allowed to make icons (but I can always make an icon for you! All you have to do is just ask). You may not remove my signature or modify my work. You may not resell, redistribute, or use my work for commercial purposes. Editing my work is prohibited. If you need minor adjustments made, please contact me about it! A link back to this blog is optional and would be appreciated if included. c:

About Claiming Adoptables — If you are here to purchase an adoptable or a YCH, please consider that my designs are available until payment is received; first come, first served. When you decide on the design that you will be purchasing, please forward me your paypal address for an invoice. I will ‘hold’ the design of your choice for 24 hours without payment. After 36 hours, if no payment has been received, I will place the design back up for adoption.

• For a YCH: Characters with additional complexity beyond the original design may incur extra fees.I will always confirm this with you before I send an invoice, should this be the case.

  Payment Methods Available — At this current time, I can only receive payment through paypal or money order (US residents only). I accept the USD, so please pay attention to your conversions. I will begin working on it as soon as I receive payment. This is a non-refundable transaction, unless no work has been started. You also reserve the right to cancel a project.

— Miscellaneous Information —

What Can I Draw — I can draw humans, humanoids, anthros, animals, sparkle dogs, original creatures, etc. I am basically willing to try anything once as my skills are fairly well rounded.

What I Will Not Draw — Detailed backgrounds. Mastering perspective is difficult and I’m still learning. I also will not draw extreme NSFW material (basically porn/hentai). Paypal doesn’t like it, either.
