The Artist reserves the right to decline services without giving reason. By ordering the commission, commissioner(s) agree to the following ToS:

Payment

Payment must be received via Paypal invoice only! This is to protect both parties. The invoice will be sent to the provided email address. Failure to pay the invoice within 5 working days will result in the commission being cancelled.
Prices are quoted in Great British Pounds (GBP). The conversions of the prices can be obtained via google currency exchange (www.goo.gl/P19JGo) but may not precisely reflect PayPal’s exchange rate. I cannot be held responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

Incomplete commission information

If the commissioner(s) fails to state all requirements of the commission, the artist may attempt to fill in the blanks. E.G: Commissioner states “Buff shark is wearing a jumper”. The end result could be the buff shark wearing a pink jumper with heart patterns all over.
When constructing notes, please provide all the information in one note/email. Don’t send four single sentence/line notes. It’s easier to respond to and to find later amongst my many other correspondences between other customers/people.

Pose Confirmation

A sketch for approval is only provided by commissioner(s) request before work has started.
Work in progresses (WIPs) are only provided at commissioner(s) request or in painted/inked commissions.
Note that, Approval poses confirmations and WIPS can heavily reduce the speed of completion of artwork due to pending confirmation.

Commission completion

Unless stated by a journal or other means that there will be a delay in completing the commission(s), the artist will do their best to deliver the commission within 30* days upon the receipt of payment.
Days waiting for confirmation will be excluded from this period. If by the end of the agreed period, the commissioner can choose between requesting a full refund or accepting to give the artist extended time.

Posting Commissions

Upon completion of the commission, only the artist and commissioner(s) can re-post the low resolution art image to any relevant website so long as the artist is credited for the art. Linking back to artist’s account is appreciated.

Commissions Corrections

If the commissioner(s) have approved the final piece, no edits will be awarded. References must be accurate as the artist will follow the character’s markings provided religiously, no edits will be awarded because your reference is unclear.
Maximum of two free minor** edits. These are provided on parts of the commission that have missing information or on excluding artistic freedom commissions.

If the commissioner(s) have very clearly stated what was required in the original order but the artist has made a mistake, then the artist will correct at no further cost (excluding artistic freedom).

Editing Commissions

Editing commissions is not permitted. This includes cropping (exception if being used as an avatar), adding colour or altering colours or modifying the image in anyway without the artists written consent.

Commercial/Financial Gain:

No one is permitted to use the artist’s work for commercial use or to make a financial gain.
Artist’s Right of use to commissions
Unless stated, the artist by default has the rights to use any work produced, including but not limited to: Advertising and example art work. The commissioner(s) can refuse this right at any time.

Refunds:
Artist cancels: 100% refund will be awarded no mater current progress of work.
Commissioner cancels: Any work the artist has yet to complete will be refunded. If no work has been started, 90% refunded will be awarded.
The Artist holds all rights to any incomplete and completed work. The commissioner(s) no longer has the right to post/use any work in anyway. The artist no longer has the right to use the commissioner(s) character(s) in that commission. The artist holds the right to resell the pose if the commission has been cancelled.

*Subject to size of commission or external factors.
**Minor and Major edits is at artist’s desecration.
