Hey everyone,

We've gotten a couple of donations since the last update, but we're once again out of money thanks to buying frivolous things like food, cat food, and cat litter, and we're now coming down to the wire for medication.

I'm out of my pain medication completely and have been for several days. This is causing my symptoms to get worse. I would post a picture of my grossly swollen left leg (edema caused by inability to move regularly due to the amount of pain I'm in), but I don't want to gross anyone out. If you want to see, send me an email and I'll share the picture for you.

My wife will be out of her medication in four days. First of the month bills are coming up again - this will be the 4th month in a row we haven't been able to pay on anything.

We've lost our modem (having to return to AT&T for non-payment - we owe $170 on that bill on top of having to give the modem back), and are now only able to use our phones for internet connections (my wife's mother is covering our cell phone bills, but if things continue as they are, that won't last too much longer - at which time I will be 100% out of contact because our car isn't safe to drive so we can't even go to a place with free internet).

This is getting very, very bad. I'm offering everything I can. We've sold everything we have that's of any value at all besides our phones, which are essential to remaining in contact. We're trapped at home in one room of a house with four other people living in it in very similar conditions to ours - very little money. And we're all struggling to keep moving forward.

I'm offering commissions - I WANT to work for the money you all are giving me. So if you want art from me, even if it's something simple and you plan to donate more than it's worth, PLEASE reach out to me and let me know. I want to work.

I've been putting in applications everywhere within walking distance of our house - fast food places included, even though I swore after I broke both knee caps and dislocated an elbow while working at McDonalds in my teen years that I would never go back to food service - but no one is calling me back, and when I call them they either say they're still reviewing applications or that the position has been filled.

I can't do delivery driving anymore, which sucks because DoorDash offered me a $100 bonus if I could complete 30 deliveries before the 4th of next month...and here I am without a car or money for gas to do it. So that option is out.

This is really all I have - my art, my writing. As long as I'm connected to the internet, I'm going to keep pushing and trying to make this work.
