So I guess I'm going to use this account as some sort of "music journal", as I continue to learn and develop. I want my music to be somewhere, and not just a pile of 1,000 scrap recordings on my phone (no recording equipment yet). So I'm picking out the best of my poor recordings, and one day, I'll look back at that stuff, probably be embarrassed, but I have to say, I really love my own music, haha.

As hard as I have tried, I haven't been able to succeed at a happy song. I can write happy or comedy, but my melodies always turn melancholy, and I just can't fight that melodic development. Music is the passion that really helps me on the hard days.

Also, got a new icon from the amazing Demo Weasel. I adore this guy's art, and couldn't be happier with what he did for me. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a kind of unique style at an affordable price. Okay, enough shilling.
