little rant here

I use reddit occasionally and im subscribed to r/animewallpaper. I see a lot of poeple asking others to remove words or artist credits from pictures for the purpose of have a clean wallpaper. while i understand that having a crisp wallpaper is fantastic, you shouldn't remove artists signatures! While few artists don't really care that much (and dont put their signature on the artwork to begin with). most artists put their signature on artwork for the very purpose of not having their name taken off. Maybe even to reach out with a distinguishable signature and have people that view that art and would like to see more, look them up. While google cross searching with pictures is a thing, no one should remove an artists signature from a piece of work EVER! Even if it's something you pay for. Just because you bought it does not mean you have right to do that. You payed for a service and as any other service in this world, the person that did the service can have their signature on their own damn artwork.
