Sooooo, this will be quite eventful,

In light of recent events involving a disgruntled commissioner blocking me while in the process of a commission, I have set new rules in my TOS.

These rules will be effective immediately.

Summary of changes to the Terms of Service:

Section 8. Work Schedules was updated to my current schedule considering my day hours at my internship

Section 9. Refunds and Changes was moved to become section 10 and has updated information on what will happen if a commissioner blocks me while in process of a commission

Section 9. Contacting the Artist has been added, laying out the rules for contacting the artist on commission progress, contacting though Skype and Telegram and contacting during Non-Art Work hours.

Because I feel it is important, I will be posting the rules regarding blocking during a in-progress commission:

"EDIT​ ​[July​ ​5,​ ​2016​ ​7:30​ ​pm​ ​EST]​ ​In​ ​light​ ​of​ ​recent​ ​events,​ ​any​ ​commissioner​ ​who​ ​blocks​ ​me
while​ ​in​ ​the​ ​process​ ​of​ ​a​ ​commission​ ​on​ ​any​ ​means​ ​of​ ​contact​ ​(Notes,​ ​website,​ ​skype,​ ​telegram)
will​ ​henceforth​ ​forfeit​ ​their​ ​commission​ ​and​ ​any​ ​refund​ ​they​ ​may​ ​have​ ​received.​ ​You​ ​will​ ​also​ ​be
blacklisted​ ​and​ ​I​ ​will​ ​not​ ​do​ ​further​ ​commissions​ ​with​ ​you​ ​for​ ​some​ ​time"

This will apply to all current commissions. IF you have blocked me PRIOR to these changes, you WILL still get your commission. But I will not be doing any work with you for a while.

I take blocking during a in-progress commission as a serious offense, especially when I asked for them to wait till I am working my Art Hours.

I will NOT be releasing the name of the blacklisted publicly.

Sorry for all the inconveniences. If art were my ONLY job, I would have devoted all my time to it. But as it is my secondary job, and I NEED this internship to graduate, I will not be able to devote every inch of my soul to commissions or even my own personal art.
