Hello, everyone.

Thought it had been a while since I updated my Journal, so I guess it's about that time again!
Firstly, my old FA account is no longer in use. I lost control over it like so many others, and I don't feel comfortable re-registering it. Weasyl and dA are now the only two active places where I regularly (hahah, not really) post my work, and while I do feel sad leaving FA behind just shy of 10.000 pageviews and 500 watchers, I really hope that the Weasyl communicty can grow stronger.

On a more positive note, London Film & Comic Con is right around the corner, and this year I will be dropping by and skulking around whichever areas of the convention seem the most appealing. I might also bring some of my ancient illustration booklets and the Human Equation image series (only 2 sets remaining from the original 30!) and maybe try to sell them...? I am too much of a cheapass to rent a table tho', so I will be promoting these godawful old things like some cartoonist hobo to whoever I bump into. Clearly, I am a pro at this.

On another positive note, my sweet girlfriend dropped by this summer, and we are currently working on a small collaboration! She's been doing the general linework and character drawings, while I am responsible for doodling some sealife and the subsequent coloring (trying out new watercolor markers, so let's see how this goes... I can already hear my scanner moaning in pain).

Once this is done, the finished piece will be uploaded to one of our accounts while the WIP-sketches will be uploaded to a separate site. I will provide links when the image is posted!
