Okay...for those of you who do not know, I work retail.

Specifically, a retailer that was recently in the news for allowing transgendered people to use the bathroom matching their gender.

Well, today, I had an interaction with someone who literally made me want to scour myself clean:

Them: "So, any of them transgender people go in there?" (indicating the mens room at my store)
Me: "Well ,I'd assume so."
Them: "Have to kick any of them out yet?"
Me: "Nope." (scampers into employee-only area)
Them (before I leave): "Well, they should."

sighs

This guy was very lucky I was still on the clock. Otherwise, he would have gotten snarked at. Severely.

As it is, I feel tainted just by listening to this guy.
