FurAffinity is Back, But I'm Not by GravityInbound
Update: I'm back in over there, but I'm not leaving it. I've amassed too much traffic over there to just throw it all away that easily.
Even though FurAffinity is back online right now I am unable to recover my account due to none of the email addresses I'm in possession of being linked with my account for unknown reasons. I have sent the staff an email with my active gmail account and will hopefully get logged back into FA as soon as I can.
Until then all I can do is sit down and be useless. I will try to make an update in this journal if anything changes.

While I'm not prepared to flat out leave FA because of the large amount of traffic I amassed over there, I am beginning to consider the notion should this email support with the staff not go smoothly.

Yeah, I dunno. I"m hesitant to trust FA now, especially considering I accidentally hit log in without putting in the Captch code, and it worked for some reason. xD In all honesty, this site just looks nicer and does everything better. It just lacks the constant traffic that FA has everyday. I"m sure plenty of others would flat out switch, but can't because they rely on the attention and commissions that the masses at FA can provide.

I just want to at least get my account logged back in, because if it turns out whatever email is linked to it right now is not one I recognize then that's a good possibility right there that my account got compromised before FA entered Read-Only mode.

Yeah, that would really suck :/ I do hope that's not the case and you can get your account back quick and easily!

You're not the only one. I just found this trying to google the same issue : ( It's been a whole day and still no replies on the issue.

Hopefully enough people will start/keep using this so the community can grow. FA is showing its age and this place is much better suited for everything FA does.
