General-

-No drama what so ever!
-I will take my time on art work. So as to reduce stress on me.
-Rush pieces are subject to additional charges.
-Do not harass me on progress, I have a to-do list (showing priority of work.) A friendly reminder once every other week is fine, but no more than that.
-I reserve the right to deny an offer, commission, trade, or any other service.
-No tracing, re-posting without credits, claiming as your original art, etc.
-Any theft of my art, will result in legal action
-no resell of pieces unless I permit so or it abides by the later mentioned section in this TOS.
-If you want me to draw someone else’s character I MUST see proof you have consented permission for me to draw this from the owner of the character. This includes copyrighted intellectual property (i.e. Pokemon, Digimon, or other Nintendo characters.)
-If I feel like your character is stolen I reserve the right to deny the commission/request
-If you order from me and cannot pay immediately after shown the sketch I will hold onto the sketch for 1 week. After this period if payment has not been received, the work may be dropped to allow work on paid items

Payment and Refund-

-I will only accept payment through PayPal
-payment will be through paypal.me (I will send link if there are any problems with paypal.me I will require a PayPal email for payment)
-If commission is dropped or terminated a full refund will be given (not including the tax or fee as this will be used by PayPal and the state)
-If you do not have the full payment ahead time a one week notice must be given
-in order to receive a full refund, I must have a one week prior notice to cancelation of order
-Failure to pay will result in penalties:
First offence a warning a revocation of completed work
Second offence immediate blacklisting
-If completed work was given and payment was withheld or retracted, this will count as a double offence. A double offence warrants immediate blacklisting as well as being put on a warning or watch list.
-If I see a retracted payment, canceling payment, you will automatically be placed on my blacklist and legal action will be taken, if one week notice wasn’t given.
-Any fraud will result in blacklisting and legal action
-you must pay upfront for YCHs and adopts
-work will not be started until at least 2/3 of payment is received.
-completed item will not be sent until full payment is received.

Commission/Trades/Requests/Gift-

-I will update you whenever I have worked on your piece
-For trades I will not complete the offered piece until I have seen that equal or greater progress has been made on the piece I am to receive.
-If you initiate a trade and you fail to communicate with me, or refuse to show progress has been made on the offered piece, I will terminate the trade, any trade offer from you at this point on will be refused.
-Gift/Requests are free. If you have to ask or pester me, it will no longer be considered a gift and will be canceled, or will be counted as a work piece.
-I will not honor requests, unless the requests have been made during a time in which I state that I am open for them.

YCH-

-Pricing goes by the pricing details listed on the piece. This also abides by the previous set regulations
-I reserve the right to cancel an YCH or end them early any offer made on the YCH before this time will not be accepted.
-If you bid and fail to pay this will result in a double penalty, which as stated results in blacklisting
-Additional rules may be added to the individual piece, check YCH descriptions for the postings.
-All payments, and refunds for YCH pieces are dependent on the previous section of this TOS, and are to adhere to the early stated rules.

Adoptables-

-Pricing of adopts will be listed in the description.
-Adopt will be an auction type or fist come basis.
-Any additional, or alternate rules will be stated in the description.

• All payments, and refunds for adoptable pieces are dependent on the previous section of this TOS, and are to adhere to the early stated rules. -Once full payment is received, you are free to use the piece as you wish. Including changes, however I am to be noted as the original artist for the specific piece I had released to you. -You may not resell adopts for more than the price you had purchased them for, additionally you may not resell the adopt if stated that as a no resell.

Additional-

-I reserve rights to amend, remove, and alter any part of my TOS without notice.
-For any commission, a reference sheet covering detailing the areas shown in the desired piece. (i.e. if you purchase a piece showing the back, the back must be shown in a ref. sheet) This rule is flexible and may or may not be needed based on situation.
-Any contest not covered in the TOS will have its own set of rules and may or may not fall dependent on this TOS. Unless otherwise stated it is to be ruled under the section on commissioning.
-I reserve the rights to change base pricing, without prior notice.
-DO NOT ask why you have been blacklisted, chances are if you have been blacklisted you know why. Obviously you have violated some section in my TOS, or have made me or my customers uncomfortable in some form.
