Hey there everyone.

Right...so, I dropped off the map again for way longer than I was hoping. I have to offer my apologizes, but I also think I need to confess something.

If you have been watching my tumblr, you may have noticed that I tend to be a bit more active there, and I have posted up art and storied there over but not here. There's a few reasons for that.
See...one reason why I haven't posted stuff here is because of guilt: the commissions that I owe people have been weighing on me pretty badly that I feel like that if I posted anything up on here that wasn't them, people would be upset with me: "If I have time for personal art, then why aren't I working on the commissions?"
So, it's been partly guilt, but it's also been a severe lack of self-confidence. When I try to work on the commissions, I feel like I could be doing better, I feel like that I'm stagnating or I'm half-assing it, and it's kind of a constant fear. That's why I've been trying to do personal stuff; I was hoping to build my confidence back up and start having fun with the art again, but it hasn't really worked.
This last one is...well, simply an excuse. Life has not been the best for me for a long time, I feel a constant state of "bad" that it's been hard to overcome, so that has impacted me for a while now.

All of that has left me rather quiet and unproductive and too afraid to show off what I have been doing.

So, after some thinking, I decided that I needed to change something, so I will be posting some of the art I have backed up here and try and be productive again. It won't be all at once, but I do want this place dusted off.

For everyone that is waiting for art on me: I promise that I have not forgotten, far from it! Thank you for being patient and I will try and finish what I have owed, I just need to address it different than I have been.
