By commissioning me you agree to these terms of service.

If you have previously gotten a free sketch request from me you can get it inked or colored for just the upgrade price, saving you the base cost.
For traditional/pencil works, as well as icons, digital paintings, and stories, please follow the notes at the bottom of the page.

Terms of Service:

Payment:

• For sketch only works, payment must be made before you will receive any work.
• For inked works, you will be sent a sketch to confirm that everything is okay and ask if you want any changes. I will send my payment information along with it. You can pay any time from then on. You will not receive the finished piece until you pay.
• For color works I can also send a low-resolution inked version to confirm everything is okay, but not until after payment.
• PayPal payments: Select "I'm paying for goods or services", no shipping address required, and in the subject put your FA username. Do not put any other information in the PayPal payment.

• AlertPay payments: don't know yet, should be discussed before-hand.

• YOUR FINAL PIECE will be a full resolution image in either JPG, PNG, TIFF, or TGA form, whichever you prefer (By default, PNG).

Rights - Yours and Mine

• I reserve the right to reject any offers for any reason.
• I reserve all rights to any works I create. You retain the rights to your characters.
• You are granted the non-exclusive right to post a copy to any gallery, website, or forum under your own account as long as you correctly attribute the work to me and do not profit from it.
• The right to use or post for commercial gain, rights to create derivative works (e.g. edit a piece), and other rights that may come with full ownership must be negotiated when commissioning the work. These rights are NOT automatically granted.

Digital Icon Example List

Digital A4 Painting (Line-less): $20-$30

• Single page, A4 at 300DPI
• Example: Sunset for One, Remy

Stories: $2 per 100 words for the first 1000 words. Price increases after that.

• Due to nature of commissioning stories, details need to be negotiated before work starts.

Alternative Instructions

If you want one:

• Send me a note with the subject "Commission" (or for digital pieces fill out the form above)
• Fill out and include the following form and include all relevant information: Commission Type: (Digital Sketch + Ink + Color + Shading/Cell-shading; Pencil Graphite/Color; ...) Characters: Names (if any), and only relevant references. If any part of a reference is incorrect, state it when you include the reference. Pose: What they are doing and how they're doing it. If you want it from a specific angle, be sure to say so. Extra details: Background, accessories, all the little details, if applicable.
