my dad finally ordered my late Christmas present, an art tablet (and new headphones). I've been working with a touchy mouse since I got back into art and I'm hoping a tablet will help me improve (especially since I can't get to the scanner since dad stowed it away in a place there's no way I can get to on my own so sketching, scanning, then working from there is a no go and some things I just can't get down with a mouse even if I can sketch them better).

but once I get the tablet I may take some requests/trades to help encourage me to practice more with that and get use to the tablet faster. not sure I'm that good that I'd get many requests, but I did get one on deviantArt not too long ago (just something simple I managed to pull off enough it worked for what they wanted it for, but it was a request)... so maybe...

and the new headphones are an extra bonus. my good headphones crapped out on me and the wireless ones my dad got dirt cheap are crap when it comes to louder music. so with better headphones I can do more synesthesia art as well, and with a tablet I can try some new things making my synny art.
