Re: Inicon Employees that are playing the music excessively loud in the break room... THANK YOU and Good job!

Interested IniCon “Employees” who have so called “DJ” skills are needed for the training seminar. We are in need of several that fit the criteria below. If you feel you can fill the role, please submit an audition to [u][b]dance(at)furthemore.org [/b][/u] with a file attachment or link to cloud file audition. The application deadline is March 4th.
Criteria for an application:

• Mix must be 45 minutes in length at minimum.

• I’m looking for creativity within a DJs selected genre. For example if you play techno and make a mix full of 4x4 beats, it can be repetitive and lack-luster. Include tracks that literally mix up the feel of the mix. DJs who also manage to mix in odd tracks (tracks that you wouldn’t normally think would work) and make them work well will be a highlight for consideration.

• Genres other than EDM will be another way to stand out. There will be a few EDM DJs selected of course but I would like to showcase other genres out there. If you like a weird type of sound and can mix it well, I want to hear it.

• Mixes should be clean and crisp. Standard skills such as beat matching, track selection and track combination will be reviewed carefully.
