In another world where both humans and Pokemon make their home, there is an organization called "Vigilance." This group, according to the governments of the world, doesn't exist; they are a supernatural organization of individuals with talents beyond those of normal humans. Operating outside the law, they are responsible for handling otherwordly and supernatural threats.

One agent of the organization is a young man by the name of Irving McCrae. Going by the code name of Vayu within Vigilance, Irving normally looks like a regular human -- save for his purple hair and red eyes. A mid-ranked officer, Irving harbors two souls within his body: his own and that of a Suicune. He won't tell others much about what happened, but he has put it on record that he was saved by a Suicune, apparently the one whose soul he shares his body with.

Irving has the capacity to wield both water and wind based abilities due to his connection with the Suicune spirit. Though a capable fighter, he prefers peaceful methods if they are available.

Personality-wise, he is quiet but amiable, enjoying the company of others. Once a mission starts, though, he becomes focused and reserved, putting all of his effort on the task at hand.
