Made for neogeen's Grand Cheshire Ball for Halloween.

This is Pentacle. Rush color job cuz I had to get it out :/

But trust me, I'll never be able to color it any better. It works for what it is.

Anyway, Pentacle existed long before religion, and would often be seen on rocky ground where nothing would grow. It helped widen forests, and shrink deserts.

The first pagan's saw glimpses of Pentacle, and based a religion off of it. Each piece of the creature relating to a point on the star.

Pentacle can be considered a Trick or a Treat, as it can destroy or create. It is typically considered a Treat by most, as scorching the ground ahead helps to re-nurture the ground, much like how a forest fire helps keep the forest growing. Burnt earth is very tasty to plants.

Although, if it feels exceedingly mischievous, it will hover on the winds and smile menacingly.

No one knows quite what will happen if it's cloak is removed. Perhaps nothing. Perhaps it will dissipate, its souls lost to the nether, or perhaps this is just the way it disappears much like a Cheshire is wont to do. Some say the wind on its back is not for flight at all, but in fact to blow its cloak off, thereby allowing it to disappear.
