Jacksonville is an army brat named after her father's favourite city. Now in the military herself, Jacksonville is a highly decorated colonel known for her unstoppable tenacity, positivity and surprising roughness. Though people are frequently taken off guard by her girly looks and bubbly attitude, she's quick to make friends and almost impossible to dislike. Never seen without her father's colonel dress cap, she's extremely proud of her military heritage as well as her rank. Really nice but poorly mannered.
