Name:
Flin
Age:
50+ years but a puppy at heart
Gender:
Male
Height:
16 inches
Weight:
24 lbs
Species:
Caniform voodoo doll

Personality: Energetic, playful, creepy, reckless, destructive, loud

A voodoo doll who came to life through magic. He feeds off pain, fear, and misery. Absorbing these emotions strengthens the black magic spell that keeps him alive. The more takes in, the bigger and stronger and scarier he gets. It's also an addiction, and he gets horribly sick if he doesn't feed often enough. He must also experience physical pain himself, which he often does by poking himself with needles (he's a voodoo doll, what do you expect?). He's quite a masochist.

To satisfy his craving for chaos, Flin will sometimes attack entire towns. He starts by going after the easiest targets, such as small children and animals. He slowly builds up his power, and once he stores enough, he'll rampage the rest of the town, causing fear, death and destruction. After he gets his fill, Flin will rest for a few weeks. He'll feed again when his magic is low.

Surprisingly, Flin acts like an typical puppy when he's not making others miserable. He can speak basic English but mostly communicates in a dog-like manner, through barks, growls, and body language. He's not particularly intelligent and most of his actions are driven by instinct or cravings.

Flin was never taught the difference between right and wrong, and he was never shown love or compassion so he doesn't quite understand those feelings. He has trouble comprehending human emotions in general. He's not exactly "evil", just misguided.

Despite the fact that he lives off pain and unhappiness, Flin actually emits a very positive energy. If a person is around Flin long enough (and his cravings have been satisfied), they'll start feeling joyful and optimistic. Apparently Flin's body converts sadness into happiness. Like photosynthesis or something.
