Young and full of energy, Voltar is the son of the Electric Guardian Volteer and Wrychael. As a storm dragon he can use the elements of Electricity, Water, Wind. His control over Electricity is quite astounding, ranging from a horrendously massive storm cells to the soothing tingle of the nerves (this making him an EXCELLENT masseuse). His ingenuity and wit are matched by only a select few, he is both resourceful and quick with his actions. However, like his father his body can sometimes fail to keep up with his mind- often missing important information. With this awkwardness, he usually isn't in control most of the time, though any outsider wouldn't think so
