One of the Eeveelution spirits residing within Anuhe's golden bracelets. A somewhat wicked spirit, Artaya is among the most powerful of the ghosts, behind Emyris and Nyx.

Artaya was perhaps a recluse, but feared by other Pokémon nonetheless. The bracelets granted her dominion over all plant life, and she used this power to section off entire forests on the continent, all for herself to inhabit. As they grew, the woods would even start encroaching on bordering villages, slowly forcing out Pokémon from their homes over time. The forests also became dangerous for travelers and peddlers to traverse.

Sadly, not much could be done to stop Artaya. For the most part, all other Pokémon adapted and tried their best to avoid or stay out of her way. Given her powers, nobody was able to track Artaya, much less challenge her. However, rumors at the time would say that Legendary Pokémon had stepped in to put a stop to Artaya's expansion, preventing her from taking over the entire continent, if that was indeed her goal at all.

As a spirit, Artaya has slightly calmed down in her ways. She is happy enough to remain a recluse as an unseen spirit. Anuhe has difficulty getting her to help with anything, and the spirit seems to possess Anuhe only whenever she wants something specific, unless Anuhe can manage to bargain or coerce her into doing to help with his goals.
